Here is the project I had to do for my June exam.
This time, we were asked to animate a character with two legs to learn the animation of the jump, walking and running.
Regarding the scenario, we were free to choose. That's why I decided to add a touch of humor to this exam. This animation was made on the Autodesk Maya software.
The TPAP project was a project we had in addition to our regular lessons.
It was a week of citizenship. We were asked to create a way to improve the lives of people in our univercial town.
We were free on the question of the support. That's why I decided to make a mobile app that brings people together by organizing meetings with topics of discussion.
This is the advertising video that I made with After Effect and Element for the 3D iphone.
During the second quadrimester, we were asked to playfully represent data from the city of Namur. We decided to show the city in three dimensions map and show its expansion over the centuries. The buildings would appear step by step on the map in relation to their construction's year.
I took care of the 3d modeling of the city's important buildings such as the citadel, the parliament, the beffroy, ...
All these objects have been realized with Maya and a bit of 3Ds Max.
In our first year, we had lessons to teach us what we could do in the different options of the second year. This is why I had to do this project for the end of year exam in character design's lesson.
Our exercise was to create a character. We could create his univers or we could take inspiration from an already existing univers that we could find in movies, books or video games.
Our teacher asked us to do it on paper or in Photoshop but I wanted to push my limits and learn new techniques. That's why I was the only one in my class who had the idea of making a character in 3D. It was the first time I had to work with 3d Maya software.
